Terms of Service

Welcome to Venta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venta private AI operating system, website (venta.tools), customized agent personalities, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the service

Venta provides a private AI operating system (OS): an interface, window management, and agent routing for working with language models. There are two ways the models are paid for, and you may use either or both. Every paid plan, and the free plan, includes a monthly allowance of messages that run on Venta’s own model accounts. You may also connect your own AI account — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Cerebras, or any compatible endpoint — in which case those requests are billed to you by that provider and do not count against your Venta allowance.

2. What your subscription pays for

A Venta subscription pays for the Venta software and for the monthly allowance of model usage included with your plan. That allowance is metered in messages, the figure is shown on your plan and in Settings, and when it is used up you may either wait for it to reset or connect your own AI account and carry on.

Where you use your own AI account, Venta does not resell that access and charges nothing for it: the provider whose key you supplied bills you directly under their terms, and you are responsible for those costs and for maintaining that account.

3. User content and AI outputs

Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the text, data, and prompts you submit to the Service. Venta sends them to whichever model answers them — the one included with your plan, or the account you connected — and that provider’s terms apply to what it receives.

AI Outputs: You own the rights to the content generated by the AI agents in response to your Inputs. Venta claims no ownership over your specific Outputs.

Prohibited Content: You may not use Venta to generate illegal content, promote violence, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or distribute malware.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, bypassing rate limits or security mechanisms, or using the Service for automated scraping without explicit permission. Studio and Teams subscribers must ensure their end-users comply with these terms.

Authorized-Use Hardware: Any physical control hardware Venta may offer, including home-automation, accessibility, and personal-device controls, is intended solely for devices you own or are authorized to control. You agree not to use such hardware to capture, clone, or replay signals for devices you do not own or lack authorization to control.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Venta makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated Outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe something published or shared through Venta infringes your copyright, email support@venta.tools with the subject “Copyright complaint” and include:

• the work you believe is being infringed;
• the link to the material on Venta;
• your name and how to contact you;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We review every notice, remove or disable material that infringes, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice and tell us why.
