Free org chart maker.
Paste your team and see the chart. It is drawn in your browser: no account, and nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
Examples
Name, title and manager on each line (pasted from a spreadsheet is fine), “Title - Name (reports to Ana)”, or an outline indented under each manager.
- Ana Ruiz, CEO
- Sam Lee, CTO
- Mia Chen, Engineer
- Leo Diaz, Engineer
- Noor Haddad, Head of Design
- Kim Wu, Designer
What it reads
- A table: one row per person with name, title and manager, separated by commas or tabs. A header row is optional.
- Lines: “Head of Sales - Ana Ruiz (reports to Sam Lee)”, with “(Top)” for whoever leads.
- An outline: each person on a line of their own, indented under their manager.
Questions
- Is the org chart maker free?
- Yes. There is no account to make and no limit beyond 200 people in one chart.
- Is what I paste sent anywhere?
- No. The chart is drawn in your browser, and the list never leaves the page.
- Can I paste from Excel or Google Sheets?
- Yes. Copy the rows with each person's name, title and manager and paste them; tabs and commas both work, with or without a header row.
- What happens if a manager is not on the list?
- That person is put at the top of the chart rather than under a guess, and the page says so.
- Can I export the chart?
- Copy it as an indented outline for a document, or download it as a CSV to open in a spreadsheet.
