Turn meeting notes into decisions and next steps.
Paste the notes or the transcript and choose the format. You get a short summary, what was decided, who does what and what is still open, using only what the notes say.
The answer appears here.
How it works
- Your text goes to an open AI model (gpt-oss, on Groq) with instructions for this one job, and the answer appears as it is written.
- It cannot see your files, browse the web or remember earlier runs. Venta, signed in, can do all three.
- Five runs a day from one connection, across all the tools. Your text is dropped after ten minutes unless you share the result.
Questions people ask first
- How long can the notes be?
- Up to 6,000 characters, about fifteen minutes of a transcript. For a longer meeting, sign in and give Venta the whole file.
- Does it make up owners or dates?
- No. Where the notes do not say who or when, the table leaves it blank.
- Can it send the recap?
- Not from here. Continue in Venta and it can turn the action items into reminders and draft the follow-up email.
- Is it free, and do I need an account?
- It is free, with no account and no card: five runs a day from one connection, across all the tools. Venta itself has a free plan for more.
- What happens to what I type?
- It goes to the AI model to write the answer and is held for ten minutes so you can share the result, then dropped. A result you share stays at a private link for 30 days, which search engines do not index.
