Tasks that run on a schedule.
Describe something you want done regularly, and when. A helper runs it on that schedule, with the same tools and approvals as anything you ask by hand.
For the checks and summaries you would otherwise remember to ask for every morning or every Monday.

What it does
- Runs a task you describe on a schedule in your time zone.
- Plans each run fresh from your words, so it adapts to what it finds.
- Shows how each helper's recent runs went, on its row.
- Proposes a helper from one sentence, and creates it only when you say yes.
How it works
A helper keeps your request in your words and a schedule in your time zone. When it is due, Venta starts it as a task, which plans, uses tools and checks its steps like any other.
Today Venta checks for due helpers once a day, early in the morning UTC, so a helper runs on that day's check rather than at an exact minute. Treat a schedule as daily, weekly or monthly, not as an alarm.
Example prompts
- Every Monday, check my website for broken links and list them.
- On the first of each month, total last month's invoices in my Invoices folder.
- Every weekday, tell me if the council's bin collection page has changed.
Limitations
- Runs start on Venta's daily check, not at an exact time.
- A run that needs your computer waits until it is online.
- Steps that send, buy or delete still wait for your approval.
Questions people ask first
- What time does a helper run?
- On Venta's daily check, early in the morning UTC. Choosing an exact minute is not available yet.
- Can I change or stop a helper?
- Yes. Ask Venta to change or stop it, or manage it under Helpers.
- Does a helper need my computer to be on?
- Only if its task uses that computer. Web research and Venta Cloud work without it.
