Help with a family member's computer from wherever you are.
When a relative's computer is slow or full, you usually need to be there. With their agreement, link it once, then ask Venta to check and fix it from your own phone or laptop.

The problem
Talking someone through settings over the phone is slow for both of you, and screen-sharing tools need them at the computer to let you in.
How it works in Venta
- With them, install Venta for Windows on their computer and pair it to your account.
- Choose which folders Venta may see.
- When they call, ask Venta from wherever you are: why it is slow, what is filling the disk, whether updates are waiting.
- Venta runs the checks, shows you each command, and waits for your yes before changing or deleting anything.
What Venta uses
Try this prompt
On Mum's laptop: why is it slow? Check free disk space, what starts with Windows, and whether updates are waiting. Don't change anything yet.
Limitations
- Link a computer only with its owner's agreement; Venta can run commands there while the app is running.
- It does not see their screen, so it cannot click through a program for them.
- The computer must be on and running the Venta app or agent.
Questions people ask first
- Does my relative need an account?
- No. Their computer is paired to your account and appears among your devices; it only needs the app running.
- Can I remove access later?
- Yes. Revoke the computer under Settings, then Devices, and it stops immediately.
- Can it fix a printer?
- Often it can check the printer's status and restart the print service with commands, but a fix that needs clicks inside a program is out of reach.
